What is Scent Detection?

Scentwork is an excellent sport for dogs of all breeds and skill levels, and you can start as soon as your puppy is fully vaccinated. Whether you have a Spaniel or a Saint Bernard, there’s a place for you to join in and have fun!
Research shows that sniffing releases happy endorphins, which means your dog will leave each session feeling calm, relaxed, and content. Just 10 minutes of Scentwork training can be as rewarding as an hour-long run in the park—and it’s so enjoyable to watch your dog in action. Plus, it’s fantastic for building confidence and improving focus.
My sessions are designed for all kinds of dogs, including those that are reactive, easily-distracted, or have trouble staying still. I offer regular group classes, one-on-one sessions and workshops. Confidence Building
As dogs progress through the course and master new skills, they gain confidence in themselves and their abilities. This is particularly beneficial for shy or nervous dogs.
