Introduce a barrel and show how to progress through the stages

Introduce a pipe tunnel and show how to progress through the stages

I'm aware that I should have had another weight on the barrel for safety however it was at another venue when we filmed the following video and we were careful.

09

Introduce a TanGo mat and show how to progress through the stages

In between these videos we spoke about forwards drive and how to position your body so your dog is driving forward and not stopping on the mat or focused on the handlers hand as much.

This sequence would be a starters barrellers sequences as there are more barrels than hoops and tunnels. There is one clear line for the dog to run with no options/traps on any of the equipment.

The front cross comes at the 2nd barrel (3) so the dog will start on the handlers left hand side and change to their right hand side for the remainder.

For more of an advanced option you can keep the dog on the handlers left hand side until the 3rd barrel (5) and do a WSB but this isn't suitable for a starters course.
